I enjoy them both but I really, really like Kick 'n Core - it's turbo jam with a ball workout at the end and runs about 45 minutes I think it is. The other one I enjoy because it is a little different. You do cardio for a few minutes and then you use the ball for a couple of minutes - it's that way through the whole 60 minutes. Hope that helps some. I miss my Turbo Jam. I am doing a different workout right now but I am hoping to add them back into my routine in a couple of weeks - if I can take it. It's been a month already! Too darn long.
