I see there was a thread on the Eat to Live book. Basically it is a vegan diet, but you don't have to be a vegan. You can be a vegetarian or eat some meat. It mostly stresses eating lots of cooked veggies and salads, fruits and beans and using other foods like a condiment (sparingly). I am a vegetarian but do eat cheese and have milk (mostly in coffee

). I read the book and would like to try it. Right now I am counting calories and using Slimfast, but I know I can't do slimfast forever.
Anyone else interested in starting an Eat to live thread again??
