I just got mine today, and I'm up about 1-2 lbs. I'm hoping maybe I've lost weight and will find out after the bloating goes away.
Also, this is the first time I haven't had a time of the month breakout around my chin in months. I usually get a few small zits, but none at all this time.

Could it be the cleaner eating and cut back on sugar? I know it's debatable whether diet affects breakouts, but my skin has been looking very nice ever since starting SB. I'm sure the extra water I'm drinking doesn't hurt either.
