Hi , Ive been searching the site for a thread where you post your daily menus. I have fallen off the counting wagon , but am getting back on.I seem to lose interest because i eat the same thing always.so i would like to see what others are doing. Thanks !!!

Hey jubee!

We used to have a daily planning thread going over in Support--but lately no one has posted one. I guess the last one was April 30, and only one person listed their menu.

But, feel free to start one! Here or in Support--and see if you can get other chicks and roosters interested in posting on it. I think a new thread every day is probably the way to go if you wanted to try it.

If you check out the Calorie Counters chat thread, some of the members post their daily food intake there as well-it might give you some new friends, as well as new ideas for meals.
