Smile What Kitchen Scales do you use?

Goodmorning all!!

I hope you're all well... I've got another question. I was just wondering what kitchen scales you use if you use them. I'm planning on buying some but I don't really know what I'm looking for... they all have all these specifications and bits and fancy pieces (if it was a computer I could deal with it but kitchen scales?!). Can anybody recommend scales or can I just buy anything!?

I use Krups - it's small, flat, electronic, switchable between KG and oz and came with a kind of plate with a lip as well as a large bowl. It's great for just layin a plate on and the turning it on - then add to the plate!

I love it. If it died, I'd get another one the same

OooH that sounds pretty good. Do you find kitchen scales helpful towards your diet/lifechange?

ABSOLUTELY!

I absolutely can NOT rely on my eyeball for portion sizes... I don't weigh EVERYTHING, but things like meat, pasta, rice, proteins, etc - I would be WAY over my calories if I guessed. I use it almost every day, and more than once most days.

I actually bought my Krups IN the UK and brought it with me when we moved to Canada... I see Currys carries a Kenwood for 25 squiddlies... we've had a lot of Kenwood products with no problems, so maybe take a look!

Good luck!
Heather

PS - this is a lot like my Krups one, just to give you an idea: http://www.comet.co.uk/cometbrowse/p...do?sku=223603#
