I am trying to eat more veggies, especially the green ones. i am not very fond of many, but since i've been doing great at the excercising, another thing i used to hate, and i have not strayed from phase 1 at all, i decided to try string beans. and i realized that they are not that bad. i bought i frozen south beach meal and i ate all the string beans and barely touched the chicken( too much fat on it) i am proud of myself and it is all because of you guys. because of you all i have so much modivation. i am also down a pound 184. the lowest i've been in 6 years.
50lbs2go! My favorite way to eat stringbeans is to spray a little olive oil over them and roast them. I love most veggies roasted, it really brings out the flavor in them!
