I finally met with my personal and not only is he a cutie, but he is really funny and sweet too. I also met his wife

We sat down and went over my goals and he weighed me and measured for BMI. I am excited to report that my BMI has went from a 58 to 42!!! Yeah!

He is going to work up a plan for me and I am going back on Friday to start. I went in today ready to workout so he and I played raquetball for an hour!!! I had a blast, but my arm isn't working LOL

Anyway...just wanted to share

Yay Sunny!!! I'm so glad he's hot!! It's so much better when they're hot. Now, I'm jealous. YOu not only get to go to a gym (wish I could) but you have a cute trainer who sounds completely genuine. I really think he wants to transform you. Take advantage of this girl!!
I love the name Finn. I tried to get B to name my daughter Finn (and Michael, actually we went through a lot of names. He also shot down Tallulah and Deva) It's a great name. All my Irish friends claim me, but I'm actually Scottish, and a mutt at that.

Liz, I wouldn't wait...they can tailor the exercise for any fitness level. When I first called my trainer I said the same thing. I told him that I wanted to exercise at home first and then come in and he said, "Michael Ann don't put this off! You are psyched now so don't waste your excitement. I promise I won't kill you!"
