Have I been very bad???
Hi, I've been religiously following P1 and today is day 10. Lost 8lbs so far, which I'm so happy with. But I'm in England and there is no sugar-free anything apart from a couple flavours of Jello. It's really, really hard. So today I found a 'no-sugar added' Swiss chocolate made with sweeteners (nutrition had 1g of sugar per 100g). It is SOO good and really helped my need for something sweet, but is it allowed? Thanks
