Default ever get sick because you did not make the time to eat

Just wondering if anyone else has ever done this before ? Just this past weekend i was having my baby's 1st birthday party and thank goodness i did not invite too many people. i invited two friends with their kids and one did not show up. I finished work on Friday , did some last minute shopping rushed home , baked and decorated the cake, cleaned house . my husband stays home with the kids during the day but does not pick up or clean anything . i was up til 2am when i realized i had not eaten since lunch time . i figured i should just go to bed . woke up with headache and just pushed on without again eating . by 1pm i not only had a headache but felt sick to my stomach . my friend finally made me eat when she arrived . 5mins later i was in the bathroom singing to the porcelaine bowl . has this ever happenned to anyone else . i felt better of course after and layed down for 30mins

Golly, choco, I can't imagine why you would do that! What a bad idea that sounds like to me! You have to eat, and if you go without food for that long, of course you'll get sick if you then eat too much of almost anything.

Don't do that to yourself anymore! Imagine what it would do to a child if you didn't let her eat for hours and hours like that. Someone would call child protective services! So you should treat yourself the same way as you would treat a child or anyone else you cared for...

I hope you feel better!

You're very welcome, chocco! You take care of yourself and your girls--and don't worry, your 1 year old probably won't remember anything about it--or if she does, it will be the nice parts!
