I had some...ok a lot.... of MAJOR no-no foods for dinner last night and the night before (I did well for breakfast and lunch both days, though!).
I don't feel too guilty, but I am thinking of doing another two weeks of Phase 1 as punishment.
Today is Day 3 of Phase 2. Maybe I should just do another Phase 1, but with only fruit added, and only tiny amounts of it. I really want to drop another jeans size by May 13. Thoughts?
Sigh....why'd I have to give into temptation?!
