Thumbs down So, of course, I fell off a bit.

I had some...ok a lot.... of MAJOR no-no foods for dinner last night and the night before (I did well for breakfast and lunch both days, though!).

I don't feel too guilty, but I am thinking of doing another two weeks of Phase 1 as punishment.

Today is Day 3 of Phase 2. Maybe I should just do another Phase 1, but with only fruit added, and only tiny amounts of it. I really want to drop another jeans size by May 13. Thoughts?

Sigh....why'd I have to give into temptation?!

OK...take a breath

Don't think of any of this as "punishment". If you are feeling cravings then you absolutely MUST go back to phase 1, but probably for only a week or so. You can do this!

Hi Lauren,

I know you're discouraged. Did you try to add too much fruit all at once. I recommend trying just one added fruit a day for a few days before adding anything else. Going back to phase 1 is your choice, but it might not be really necessary. It all depends on your level of cravings.

Lauren, try not to get too upset about your little slip, we're all human and life happens! Don't look at Phase 1 as a "punishment", though, look at it as a de-tox. I believe you really only have to go back to Phase 1 if you have uncontrollable cravings and have to get them under control. Otherwise, just be careful in Phase 2 for a few days, limiting your fruit and starchy carbs to maybe 1 serving a day. Remember, we all fall off the wagon from time to time, but the important thing is that we just hop right back on again!
