I'm posting this a day early because I'm working extra hours tomorrow so I won't be around.
So, how are we all doing???

It seems to me that this lovely weather is helping in some way - definitely for me its easier to eat less when its warmer somehow - and it certainly encourages me to get out in the fresh air and walk off a few more calories.
I'm not weighing myself (part of my Challenge) - but I can tell from the fit of my clothes that something's happening. I'm now back in to a pair of work trousers that stopped fitting me after my holiday in February.

I know I promised myself I wouldn't weigh my food either but I gave in to temptation and
FitDay'd a sample day... 1382 calories and I exercised off 429 of them with my daily walk.
