Hi, guys!
I left myself 10 points to go to a party last night where I knew the fatten-you-up foods would be calling my name. I faced a buffet of mayonnaise and sour cream-based dips, pastries, barbequed cocktail franks, etc. All the good stuff!
I did OK with veggies (0), pretzel braids (2), a chocolate chip cookie (3), a Miller Lite (2) and a tablespoon of artichoke dip (?). I really didn't know how well until I counted it up this morning. The artichoke dip probably put me over the edge but it was awesome and I'm headed to the gym today.
What foods do you chose when going to a party? How do you plan ahead?
