Talking Ways to find Nutritional Information?

Hey, we all know that we don't have to count calories to do SBD, which is one of its attractive qualities! However, some of us have found that counting calories, even for a short time, helps us be more mindful of what we're eating, and also allows us to figure out why we're stalling. It also helps us as we do that last lap towards our goal when losing weight can be really tough.

Fitday is a great site for keeping track of it all, but sometimes it can be hard to find nutritional information on things you eat, especially outside the home. Let's share our wealth of knowledge on how to locate that information and then we can pop this post in the FAQ for the future.

Great post! I am in week two of phase one and have been stuck at the same weight since Saturday...kind of frustrating and I was wondering this morning if I should count calories. I have had good success doing it in the past...hmmm.
