Why not to yo-yo diet...
This is an interesting article about a large scale review study that reaffirms the facts about yo-yo dieting (in the Daily Mail so read with caution):

For me, it is a very good motivator to keep losing sensibly and slowly!
Strangely, they do not mention gallbladder disease, which I believe is very prevalent in yo-yo dieters.

I saw this on the news yo yo dieting bad non shocker!
I think most people who've ever attempted a diet know this.
I like the daily mail warning.
