Hi..
I have several "old" videos and a few new DVD's (yoga)..
Most of the old videos I am way to out of shape to do (except the Sansone Walk ones - that really bore me

) -I like the new yoga but I want something more cardio to add to it..
I would like something fun and low impact.. maybe with dance (if they take the time to TEACH you!).. or something cross training? I do have the FIRM.. and am working a bit on those (can only do about 25 min of them right now)..
any suggestions?!
