Default Suggestions for VERY out of shape Me!

Hi..

I have several "old" videos and a few new DVD's (yoga)..
Most of the old videos I am way to out of shape to do (except the Sansone Walk ones - that really bore me ) -I like the new yoga but I want something more cardio to add to it..
I would like something fun and low impact.. maybe with dance (if they take the time to TEACH you!).. or something cross training? I do have the FIRM.. and am working a bit on those (can only do about 25 min of them right now)..

any suggestions?!

Thank you in advance,
Cary

The Prevention series of Videos are really good. There's a 1-2-3 video-3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength training and 1 minute of abs, there's also a Belly, Butt & Thighs-3 10 minute segments on each and the other one I have is a personal trainer. There are others too but I like these 3. The personal trainer one is great cause you can choose your own workout or mix and match them. Good luck.

Denise Austin is a great one to try - that is who I started I out with. I actually taped her TV shows as I get bored easily and this way I had a different workout each day. I started when she only had the one show, then moved up to both her shows but I think I heard they are putting her back to one show a day. Might want to check - it's with Lifetime TV. That way it's free.

Another instructor I like and use when I'm injuried or coming back from not exercising awhile is Kathy Smith. I have her Project You series and that is really good - has cardio, weights, and yoga/pilates. That is with Beachbody - Target & Wal-Mart might carry it too.

Yoga Booty Ballet is fun. I just have the Live series but the main package I know is sold in stores (I've seen it at Kohls).

Best of luck!!!! Rachelle

I love Denise Austin.. I used to do the same thing.. tape her shows.. I like her kick boxing video.. it's not as hard as all the others..

I checked out the Yoga Booty Ballet.. I think it looks fun too.. might be too fast for me right now -first off..

Tracy..
