Default Where can I find the Ph1 plan?

I have the hardbook. When I get to the 2nd half of the book - it's just a "menu" and then recipes. Isn't there somewhere where it says something like

Breakfast
Protein
Milk

Lunch
Protein
Veggies

ETC...... I want to adapt what I already have in my fridge, not buy everything new for his menus (especially since I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like some of them).

Also, do I understand right that quantity is generally not limited for veggies and protein?

I printed out the food list from here (the updated one from the book I have). Do I just eat off of there? If it's on the list, I can have it kinda thing with no set rules on what to have when?

I know these questions have probably been asked a thousand times, so sorry for that, but I'd appreciate any one that can answer them for me.

Most Phase One chicks do NOT follow the menu plans but use what they have on hand. If you check out some of the Phase I Starters threads in here you will get ideas.
I'm sure some of the Chicks will pop in later today with menu suggestions.

So Ruth is there not a guideline (ie Breakfast - Protein, milk, etc..). Is it just eat off the list?

No official guidline but most people choose protein and a veggie for breakfast. How about two eggs scrambled with peppers and onions with a bit of LF cheese? Or a shake made with the eggs and a cup of skim milk flavoured with SF Jello powder?

After reading your previous posts, I know that you like structure so will be back later with some suggestions. Think protein and veggies for each meal with dairy and legumes as well.

LOL - structure, yes that's me. I read You on a Diet and didn't like that it didn't have structure either, but I really think I could do that plus South Beach, b/c the foods seem similar. Not a hybrid or anything - b/c actually they seem the same to me, and I just plan to do South Beach now (cuz at least it has a food list!).

I appreciate your help...and I'll move over to the other thread with any more questions. I'm starting Sunday (we have Easter on Saturday and so since I'm hosting I have to have the traditional meal).
