Hi everyone. I don't have my food companion with me and can't find the points here on the 'net. Does anyone know the points for a small piece of spanakopita (Greek spinach pie)? About 3 inches by 1 inch? I will appreciate any insights, guesstimates, etc. Thanks!!! Flib

Here's what is listed in the food companion:

1 (3" square) = 9 points
2 frozen pieces (1 ounce each) = 4 points
