Hey everyone!! I'm a newbie here, and just loved the site and especially this group cause I fit right in!

I am big time a binge eater and yo-yo dieter. The past summer I hit 129 lbs on the scale after losing 20 lbs and was super excited. Unfortunately I lost it by binging. Sounds crazy, but I would have one binge first thing in the morning and eat nothing the rest of the day and exercise my but off. It worked really well, until I started eating again

when I started trying to have three meals a day it just didn't work and I gained almost all the weight back. I've started to lose again, but I find myself falling into the same pattern to try to lose weight. Has anyone binged to lose weight? Am I the only crazy one out here?????
