I need inspiration and motivation. I found the inspiration on Oprah and I'm hoping to get some motivational support here.
I am currently 178lbs and that is not the norm for me at all. I am slowly but surely working my way into some sort of excercise routine.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease (Hypothyroid) in 2006. (Yes, I have the full fledged autoimmune disease and will have that for the rest of my life. I have to take meds every single day so that I do not lose organ function. I realize everybody is different).
Before I became pregnant with my 3rd baby and before I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism I was 140lbs and in a size 10 jean. After the baby (10lb 30z) baby was born I went from 204 to 160lbs. A couple months after that and lots of breastfeeding going on I zapped up from 160lbs to 170lbs in just a couple of weeks.
Anyway ~ that's my story so far. I'm headed on Spring Break and will be back April 8th.
