OMG I get exactly like that...I'm PMSing now and I'm ready to eat a whole box of oreos! Or cheese. I always seem to crave CHEESE.
What I do, which seems to help, is suck on a sugar-free, low-calorie hard candy when you get the 'urge' to go hormonal on the entire kitchen. Or, simply, get out of the house. I got to school allll day from 6AM-4PM so I have no real opportunity to eat more than a sandwich during that time, which seems to help. When I get home, I just try and remember that my body just wants protein and iron to help fuel for my menstruation. And eat chicken.
