Hello ladies. I was looking through the different message boards and happily stumbled upon this one. I have PCOS and am ttlw and ttc right now. I have 2 beautiful children both of them are miracles due to my infertility issues with the PCOS. I am currently 38 lbs overweight and my doc said that if I lose weight it will increase my chances of concieving along with the clomid I am currently taking. Without clomid I am annovulatory now but when I was 40 lbs lighter I ovulated on my own about every 45-60 days. Last month was a bust and I never ovulated with taking clomid so along with an incentive program at my work where they gave me a pedometer I have super willpower to make a change. Also, I was SEVERELY gestationally diabetic when I was pg with my daughter who is now 15 mos and after I started using insulin I packed the weigt on in my pregnancy. I gained 84 lbs

. But, every pounds was worth having a healthy baby. I am no longer "diabetic" but the insulin resistance is there. So all that coupled together also gives me a drive to loose some pounds because it will help my chances of not having gestational diabetes so bad the next time around. I am sure I have rambled enough I look forward to meeting everyone!!
