Jennelle - what is your anxiety related to? For me, I once had a near-fatal allergic reaction to a medication that made me petrified to take other medications. When it was at its worst, I parked my car in the ER parking lot, took the pill, and read for an hour...when no reaction happened, I drove home. I did this two days in a row with a new medication, after which I took it with the phone on my hip for two days. Finally, I was OK with taking the medication. Basically, you need to convince yourself that taking that pill is safe. If you need to keep a phone nearby or sit in the ER parking lot or whatever, you can do that for a couple of days until taking the pill feels safe to you.
