You can do it! If you can come up with a food plan and/or exercise plan (either your own or others') that you can adapt to and enjoy (as opposed to forcing yourself into), that'll make half the battle won. It's not only important to do it, but to want to do it.

Speaking as someone who used to hate exercise, I actually now look forward to my little 10-15 minute routines several times a day and wish I could sustain longer! Hopefully, I'll get stronger over time.
