Hi,

It really depends on your fitness level-some of her dvds are more beginner oriented than others, but none of them are intitmidating.

Do you have netflix? They have lot of leslie dvd's to choose from-then you could try out before buying:

http://www.netflix.com/Search?v1=les...f2_submit.y=18

I'll be glad to help if you have any other questions. If you're totally new to exercising, the original WATP set has a slower pace than the WATP for ABS or WATP Express.

There are clips of her videos at www.collagevideo.com

Also, there are a ton of reviews of her videos here:

You can find a lot of her videos/dvds cheaply on ebay, half.com or amazon

Thank you Suzie76, for all the info, I haven't really worked out in quite sometime, but I am not new to exercising. I will check out the sites. But if you have more info to share with me please do... Thank you again.

I prefer the WATP Express series. I adore the Stretchie band exercises, and it just seems to go by faster for me than the regular WATP series.

If you are not new to exercising, I think you'd be bored by the original WATP.
The WATP for Abs and express move at a quicker pace, and have more upbeat music.

Walk and Jog is a great half hour workout-it alternates walking and jogging intervals, but they have one person showing low impact if you don't want to jog.

The new Walk Slim Series is excellent also.

I tried the WATP for Abs with the waist belt, and I didn't like it. I didn't like the Express dvds with the stretchie band, either. I like the ones that use the weighted balls the best. It is the 2dvd set that has 3 workouts in it-1, 2, and 3 mile with the balls.

I also really like her "You can Do Yoga" and "You Can Do Pilates" for those who are new to those exercise forms. You don't feel like a pretzel if you have never done yoga or Pilates before...and when you are comfortable with them, you can move on to other yoga/Pilates videos with more ease.

Her Shortcuts series are WONDERFUL as well. (Strength training)
