11lbs just from cutting out the crap is fantastic! You must be well chuffed

I started off like that a bit before Christmas, cutting out the rubbish and eating a lot more whole foods like cous cous, seeds and nuts etc. I did fairly well on it (not as well as you though!) before the chocolate and butter started to slide back in and that's when I changed over to the SW plan too.
If you're enjoying it, not feeling deprived and it's working, then it's worth carrying on with it for a while longer
