Default New in Town

I'm new to this a way of losing weigh. As a college kid I have done different things worked with a nutrientist, read book, etc but never an online group. I don't know if it will help but I figured it was worth a shot. With the stresses of college I put on about 30 pound last semester. I want to lose it. Of course I still have the stress this semester but hopefully I can manage it differently. Also I am an athlete and need to remember to eat enough to stay healthy for that.

Hey jcspear!

Glad to see you here. Yes, you'll need to eat enough to keep up with your athletics. Have you checked out the FitDay site? It lets you figure out how much you should be eating and exercising based on your goal, enter foods eaten, and activities you do. And there are other sites also that have tools like this.

Look it over, then tell us what you plan to do. We'll help you fine tune it!
