hi i am new and dieting
hi, i am new and dieting. my biggest obstace is myself. i am learning to accept that i have to actually do something to lose this weight.
i have four children in two batches. the first two sons are 18 and 20, and my daughter and son ages 5 and 3.
the weight just hasn't gone away. lol. imagine that at age 41 almost 42 and the weight after child #4 didn't just melt away. i have all kinds of reasons why i don't exercise regularly, the biggest being "no time". now i am looking at summer coming, and i love summer, yet i am not looking forward to summer with 15 extra pounds!
i have walked without regularity. i have a stairmaster, and when i use it it is always a battle with the youngest son, as he wants to be with me. i am limited in time to use it, unless i give up my sleep. alas i may have to give up sleep!
my husband is no help as he calls me fat. (whaa!) i need to get my head in the game and ignore his comments and do this for me. i do feel like doing the opposite of what he says (hey fatty what are you eating?) yes, i do want to eat all of the icecream and top it with cookies when he chides me! i definetly need a strategy to do what is best for me.
