Yee haw!!
I have been looking for a friendly, weight-loss community where I could really get some useful support and advice! I've found it! I've been lurking for a couple of days trying to decide if I really want to register and devote my time, and I'm finally making the plunge.
I am a SAHM of two beautiful children and love it! However, my body is no longer mine. First of all, pregnancy, nursing, and being home (and eating) have made this body rather alien to me. Granted, I've never been a skinny-minny, but this is too much. I no longer feel sexy (much to the disappointment of my hubby) and I feel blah! Two weeks ago I started working out. I found YYB which I love and have really watching my food-intake. I've been keeping a journal which has really helped me realize what crap I actually put in my mouth. Anyway, I always start off really good, but eventually my health gets put on the back burner. That is why I signed up here--to avoid the back burner. So that's a bit about me! Hope to get to know lots of you.
