Well... I've been avoiding these kinds of online groups for quite a while... but I figure it's in my best interest to try it. I have a 118 lb. mother who runs around like she's younger than me, and I'm only 22. I want to feel younger than her! I need to be healthier! Sooo, I'm hoping this is going to work. I'm starting up at a local gym and we'll see where this goes!
It's GREAT that you're doing this at such a young age! I've been overweight my whole life and had never exercised until I joined a gym last April. Working out has really helped me lose the weight, and it's really great for your mood. Good luck with it.
Thanks for the welcome! I tried WW a few years back but didn't like it. The more I look back at it tho, I think I just wasn't ready emotionally... so I think I'd like to try it again. I also thought about doing the whole calorie counting thing as well, which is what I believe I'll start with right now.
