Hi everyone
I'm 29 and currently 150 pounds. I'd like to get back to 120 pounds (i'm 5'4). the trouble is i have absolutely no idea of how to do it.

.....being a lazy bones i've never tried before or paid any attention to what i eat, which probabl explains the mess i'm in now.
So i need a diet that's straightforward and easy (don't mind exercising though), and i'd really really appreciate any support that comes my way.
I'm also one of those people who eats LOADS when they're upset. Don't suppose any of you know how to stop that?
