Hey everyone

So I'll try to make this fairly short, though I am very good at rambling, so I'll apologize in advance if I do that.
My names Becca and I'm 20 years old, 5'3.5" and 195lbs. I'm hoping to lose at least 45lbs in the next 15 weeks, but I want to get fit while I do it, not just lose fat.
So, my quick little story.
I've been overweight for all of my teenage and adult life, and I think I'm finally ready to take it off. I've had my ups and downs, but none of it was ever done healthily and I'd like to strive more towards that so that it's more likely that I will maintain the weightloss and keep it off.
I decided in January that this would be the year for change, I'm feeling mentally and, now especially, physically ready to do it, so I joined a gym. Now for the part that I think makes my story a tiny bit different. Just this past Wednesday I had a breast reduction, which has been planned for a few months, but I've decided to take this as the point to really kick it off (rather than something done at the end of the weightloss). I'm planning to exercise at least twice a week. Four times a week would of course be better, but I know myself and I know that I'm not going to start going to the gym four times a week right off. I'm also going to cut out a lot of processed food and make way for more healthy food like whole wheat pasta, brown rice, fruits and veggies. While I will be cutting back some, I'm not going to be cutting way back on calories, but I honestly believe that making the switch from eating pizza pops for lunch to eating brown rice with tofu and veggies will help a lot.
I think that's it for now. Can't wait to get started, and if anyone has questions or just wants someone to chat to please feel free to talk to me, I'm an open book and I love giving and getting support
