Red face hi everyone I am newbie!!
Well hello everyone I am new on here so please bare with me hehe!
I am on reductil at the mo and am doing great. im just going into my 4th month and have lost nearly a stone and a half. I have gained alot of weight due to anti depressants and a defective gene that my dear father thought he would kindly pass onto me cheers dad!
I would love to say hi to anyone and have a natter with anyone sane hehe!

So, when people talk about stones, instead of pounds... how many pounds are in a stone? Yes, you are 8 hours ahead... so it's 12:35 in the morning there. Thanks for your help with my signature!
