Hey all,
I'm new to this whole on-line weight loss thing. I've tried a couple of other programs before and have lost about 20 pounds, but have leveled off and I'm ready for something new.
I'm trying the South Beach Diet this time around so if anyone has any ideas or tips, I'd love to hear 'em! I'm hoping to lose about 15 more pounds before the summer rolls around so my rolls don't roll around. Hopefully this'll work.
