Default need to get motivated AGAIN

Slipping into a 'comfort zone' here with a 10lb loss.....managed to keep it off during my holiday but feeling a little lost since arriving home........I am feeling good physically.......but have a lack of support on a daily basis. I live in a rural area........work on my own......get to the gym 3 times a week.......but need to keep in touch with someone who is NOT dieting in the traditional sense (no formal food plans) but is concentrating on good healthy eating (portion) and exercise. I am focusing on incorporating a good diet (high fibre....good fats....eating throughout the day......and portion control) into my life......I am into good choices not denial........I am 49 years old......quite active......and am weighing in at 165lbs.......this is approximately 20 lbs over where I should be........I would love to correspond with someone in a similar situation. Thanks.......and blessings to you all............Jan

Try the featherweights-- it's a forum for those with a bit less to lose.
