First i realised that i needed Consistency..I came to this conclusion one night while taking out my braids and realising how long my hair had got. I realised that it was because i am consistent with it. I have a routine and i stick to it, maybe every so often i change my products but the routine is always the same. This is the same with my new way of life...If i stick to it, even 6 days out of the week or even 2, i should stick to it.
Then i realised i needed Planning, to be in control i had to know what i was doing and how to do it. This hit me when i was indulging in one of my recent binges

. I hadn't failed i'd just had a bad day so I decided to write down everything i ate (the list was like an entire week's worth!!) and this week lower my food portions and cut back to just 1 treat a day instead of 2.
And for the final ingredient..Patience. It's going to take time. Rome wasn't built in a day.
