I've lost count in my signature. LOL. I'm going to do my best to remember which days I met my water and exercise goals. I'm doing okay. I think I need to take pop out of my challenge. It's just not working. Like I said, I need to get rid of it slowly. Hope everyone's weekend went well!

Thanks Shelby!

I was super busy the last few days so havent been around. I am doing good with the artifical sweenter - it was hard this weekend when I was in Vancouver and we were eating out - I really wanted to order one but I stayed away!

Hope everyone is doing well

I miss my other foods! We took a coworker out for lunch last Friday and it was so hard when the waitress set out the bread; it looked so delicious: perfectly rounded with a slight glaze like a gleaming orb of carbohydrate-filled goodness. I simply sat there while my 9 other coworkers partook. That was at a seafood restaurant, so my meal choices were very limited. All I could get was a salad, and since I really needed something more substantial, I had to go with the french fries, but at least they weren't really greasy and probably not as bad as fries from a fast food place.

This weekend I had a dream in which I was eating lasagna, potato chips (which I guess technically count as a vegetable), and brownies all at once. Saturday, I had to go to a birthday party and had to keep refusing cake.

Anyway, I'm doing well with sticking to my plan. I cooked eggplant this weekend for the first time ever, and it didn't turn out too badly. I'm doing what I can to make my options diverse. I'm hanging in there.

Hey everyone! Ahh man, this has been a hectic last few days. Now it is coming to an end and I am NERVOUS! Today, I sign the lease for my apartment. Don't know why I'm nervous, I wasn't nervous when I got my place in California. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my mama is close by this time. Why in the **** would that make me nervous?! I'm so weird. I've been doing alright with keeping away from the fast food and sodas. A day or two ago, I had a horrible sugar craving though. I hate those.

Hellooo --

Another day of no cheese and no egg rolls. My body is adapting. I'm noticing a difference in how my body is digesting food. Getting rid of cheese is making a big difference in my body.

This challenge was a good idea.

Just checking in quick to say hi. Hope everyone's doing good! I'm doing pretty good myself, but I have decided of dropping the pop. I decided I need to do it slowly rather than just quit it altogether so abruptly. I hope I don't get in trouble for doing this!

LaBonita -- go ahead, rip that soda right out of your signature. There's no sense in keeping something that makes the rest of your progress look not so good. You still have great goals and there are just some things we can't do cold turkey -- this is all about the little changes we are comfortable with, right??

Hope everyone had a great day. I'm going to be positive and add another smiling dancer now -- that way while I work I won't try to cheat!!

Have a nice day tomorrow and I hope everything goes your way!!!

And the food dreams continue...

Last night, I dreamt that I was eating a bowl of spaghetti. When I was halfway through, I dropped the fork and thought, "Oh no! Pasta isn't a vegetable!" and felt so disappointed with myself. Fortunately, it was just a dream.

I'm really craving a muffin (the shop downstairs has delicious muffins half the size of your head) or some other breakfast-type baked good. I could get fruit, but I don't want it, so I'm sipping on my diet Pepsi. Oh well, at least I'm still down 7 pounds from the first day of Lent (my ticker isn't accurate at the moment).

Hi. Stopping in to give an update... I've done much better w/ making sure I get the extra 20 min of exercise since I'm not limiting myself to the videos. Doing great with the chocolate too. Almost slipped up yesterday at the strawberry festival, but caught myself just in time!

Keep up the good work all!

Shelby - LOL, I think I am going to take the pop challenge down. I'm doing pretty good with my other challenges, no sense in keeping the pop challenge...cuz it's just making me feel bad about everything else! Thanks for the advice.

As for my other challenges, I'm doing great!
