Default hi, i'm new

hello, i'm new, i used to be 130 lbs, but i got there by eating nothing and going to the gym for hours a day. Not exactly the best way to go about doing things. I have gained an obscene amount of weight. So here i am, trying to lose about 25 lbs. Also, does anyone know how i can create those weight trackers ? Thanks

I created one by clicking directly on one that you see. You'll see one under my post. Then, you'll enter your starting weight, current weight, and goal weight and it'll give you a code that you have to copy and paste into your signature box.

Greetings, nickname!

The good news is that you can lose weight without starving and working yourself to death! It does take commitment, and it helps to have a plan, whether it's calorie counting, South Beach, Weight Watchers, or the many other good plans that are out there. Check out Diet Central.

Hey, I didn't know about that trick with clicking the tracker! Good one!

Wink Hi Newbie with a Nickname for a Nickname!

I'm new too! I have cruised around this site for a few days and you might like the Featherweight Forum. The folks there seem to have 20ish pounds to lose. I also vote for a structured food plan--it's helping me avoid the junk and eat regularly with reasonable portions as well as slowing down the "eating on the run" which usually leads me to OVER eating usually unhealthy food! I am liking the You: On a Diet approach; it seems reasonable to me and perhaps something I can make a lifestyle and not a short term bandaid! Good luck.
