Ive been lurking around for about a week now. I have lost some by myself but now im hitting the wall. I go to body basic and wear the bodybugg for the past month. In the past 4 weeks i have not been to the gym only 3 of those days. i started with a 45 inch waist 4 weeks ago today and now it is 40 and im gaining muscle and seeing min pounds lost. but the trainers are saying thats the best way to do it, they have me on a 1390 cal a day put between 3 meals and 3 snacks, its more then enough, before i was eating 1000 and they said NO ,so im learning the correct way to lose im here for any advice you can give.
