Down half a pound, maybe. (Actually, thinking about it, that's half a pound from my lowest previous weight, I can't remember whether it's half a pound from last week or whether there was a bit of upwards bounce between those two figures...). Anyway, 151.

i`m down just under a pound. i had a bad day earlier in the week and ate everything in sight so i guess its not bad.
went to town today to "window shop" - i swore i wouldnt buy any clothes until i got under 13 stone, but i was so chuffed at fitting into an 18 jeans(my old 22`s were tight before i lost any weight) i went and bought them ,then of course i had to get something to wear with them and some new undies.......

I still haven't weighed. I'll probably buy some scales next week so expect a loud scream.

this certainly has been a difficult challeneg, the weather has really hit people.
i had about 4 weeks off the diet, due to stress, big money problems. but that all went last week, and now im back on the diet and lost the 4lbs i put on over that month. so im 209, one down off my ticker but im gonna wait till next week see if it goes down anymore then that to put it on.
i think i found some new inspiration, and its really pushing me on in this diet. i hope u guys can find some too.... and i hope i dont loose mine

Just weighed myself tod ay (7th march) and I am up again to 95.2kg but well did have rather a weekend of it. Don't normally drink alcohol except if out with girls or bookclub. This time I was in a restaurant after the theatre and had a HUGE veggie mousakka with a bottle of wine (not all to myself I hasten to add). Mind you - book club on Sunday - no one drank alcohol so it was al jucies (same calories I know). I also had some pancakes I had nagged my friend to make. I had also brought a victoria sponge cake and some trifle which I heartily demolished. I had eaten veggie lasagne before all this too!

I have new scales! I haven't weighed myself in a month and I'm a whole pound down. I was rather happy as I thought I'd bound to have gained a stone or something.
