Hello everyone. I am so glad I have found this site. 5 years after my oldest was born, I am still at my post-pregnancy weight from his birth. I've had the "want" for quite some time to lose the weight, just never the full motivation. I joined WW through an "at work" program my employer is doing and so far I have lost 4 pounds by using the program. With about 20 other people doing the program as well, I have people kind of watching over me and making sure I don't go off the deep end! My WW program at work ends April 27; if all goes well, I'll join the regular meetings after that to help me get to my ultimate goal. This is my starting point, now I just need the strength to get the finish line.
