Hello everyone,

So I've been thinking. We have the Cyber Purger V thread for when we do binge... But how about having a "brag board" for those days we get through without a binge?

I don't know if it's been tried before, but I think it would be a great thing to have. I know we can all come on and post a post when we've had a good day, but maybe having a thread where you can come and just have a little YAY shout would work as well. It's always easier to post about something positive. And it's nice to be able and come to say "1 day down " or something...

So any thoughts?

I'll approve it, as long as we don't call it a "brag" board. I think the word is too negative, and we all give ourselves a hard enough time already. We don't want to seem like we are rubbing our accomplishes in others' faces, and I know that isn't the intention, but things can easily be misconstrued.

We usually do have a "binge free" weekly thread, but I didn't start one and neither did anyone else. You can look at last week's -- and see if it is along the lines of your suggestion. If it isn't, feel free to start up a new thread

I think that's a fantastic idea. We have so many threads of this kind for other things and they're super!

Thanks Harpo. I'll take a look at the one from pervious weeks.

And I totally agree "brag" board is harsh. We would need a different name. I definitly wouldn't want it to be about shoving it in people's faces. In my mind it would be a place that's more like somewhere where a person could go and look at when they need some inspiration.

That seems like a great idea. We should be able to post those days when we made it through w/o letting food dictate how we feel.
