  • Hey ya'll. My name is Lori. I've been an on again off again visitor of these forums for many years. I've struggled with my weight for many, many more. I finally decided that I needed to start seeing a therapist who specializes in cognitive behaviour therapy and weight loss. He lost 140 pounds himself over 20 years ago and has helped hundreds of people acheive their weight loss goals. I've been seeing him since January 2nd and it's going very well. It's a lot of work but I finally feel like I've found something that I will do for the rest of my life. I'm hoping to get some ideas for low calorie meals as well as share my experiences with others who are on this same journey.
