Default Sonoma diet Junkie

Ok so I have a highly variable scale and a new more accurate one. So my weights may be a little wiggy. So far I have lost about 30 pounds. As I say exact figures are hard because it is so difficult to weigh me. I have been loosing well. I have kind of plateaued recently a little. Maybe I have been on Wave 1 too long. My fiance and I both started this diet because she saw it in a bridal magazine. We checked it out and it looked really cool. I started at around 504. Currently I am somewhere in the 466 to 474 range. It kind of depends on the day and how much sleep I got. I know that sounds odd but it is true. We started this on January 16. Today it is February 21. All in all I have been pleased. You should see my blood work. I have always had high cholesterol my last test 150. Well below where they want it. Very nice. Glucose 91 right smack dab in the middle of the range. Again very nice. I guess I need to rededicate myself to this. We have been kind of mixing wave 1 and wave 2 a little. The parts of wave 2 we allow are occasionally allowing corn or carrots she has wave 2 snacks some and occasionally we have fruit. I am doing great. She was doing a lot better but a lot of things have influenced her progress. I need help getting motivated to increase activity and exercise. Help me please.

Wow 30lbs already, That's fantastic!!! This is a great site for motivation. I love reading about others success, it realy keeps me going.
