Hello to everyone. I am so glad I found this website. Because everyone does need a little bit of support when it comes to weight loss. I have been up and down. I start a diet and exercise then somethng happens and I never start it up again.I have been at the same weight since I had my son and that is now 7yrs ago. i used to be 140 i am now a whopping 202 lbs. I just can't get myself motivated. So I hope with the help of everyone on this site i will be able to achieve my goal weight.

You are exactly where I am right now. My youngest child is 4 and I am sooooo sick of looking (and feeling) pregnant. I lose some weight and right about the time when people start noticing, I start to gain it back again. Insanity. I read about this website in the current "O" magazine. Reading such inspiring stories is awesome.
