Default I'm new here! :)

Hi!
I'm Charlotte, i'm 16 [i'm a baby, I know!] and i've been big for as long as I can remember.
I'm from England, and i'm a student!
Erm, i'm not too good at introductions.
I joined weight watchers on the 4th of January this year, and i've lost 16lb so far.

Stats:
Height: 5ft 2ish
Starting weight: 212 lb [4th January '06]
Current weight: 196 lb [15th February '06]
Short term goal: 10% of my body weight within 12 weeks of starting. That's 20lb, only 4lb to go and 43 days left!
Target weight: 110-125lb

Welcome to the forum!

I'd like to be the first to welcome you AND to congratulate you for getting to ONEderland! ONEderland is a very glorious place where the residents weigh in the 100s, and there are many of us here on this site who see it pretty much as though it was THE POT OF GOLD at the end of the rainbow!!!!

Also, I think that it is GREAT that you have already lost sixteen pounds so far!

It's wonderful that you are losing the weight when you are young. Believe me, it is A LOT easier to lose weight when your metabolism is faster. You will be at goal in no time!

Hi Charlotte,

I think that it's great that getting control of your weight at your young age. Looking back, I wish that I'd established better eating/exercise habits during my teenage years. Best of luck!!!
