Okay.... The one reason I'm going to stay perfectly on plan today is....
I got my new work uniform today. The trousers fit okay but the blouse pulls across the back, gapes around the buttons and it chafes under the arms - so its going to be uncomfortable wearing it for 8 hours a day.
AND I can't get get any more uniform for the next 12 months (unless I get a note from my doctor saying I'm )
I'm staying on plan because despite my efforts not to, I succumbed to curiosity and (see ticker) am very nearly back to where I started at the beginning of the year.
My one reason is the winter coat I bought in January...I loved it but couldn't fasten it up and they didn't have it in any bigger sizes. Well now I can fasten it,but it looks too tight, and I want to be able to button it up *comfortably* no matter what I'm wearing underneath!
(Also to fit into the two pairs of trousers I bought a few weeks ago as even more motivation!)
because i finally got the guts to go swimming yesterday and did well, and im not gonna ruin that effort by giving into cravings for carbs.......or ill have more to burn off next time :-s
I am staying perfectly on plan today because I want to see those scales back at 12 stone 5lbs rather than the 12 stone 7/6.5 they were showing this morning
This is a great idea for a thread- it's like I start from scratch each morning and forget all my good intentions so....
My reason for staying on plan today is so I can have a nice, romantic valentines dinner with my husband without worrying about how I'll look later on when we have dessert!
I'm staying POP today because I want to go BOXING on Wednesday and look like Serena Williams (not really possible in 2 days, but it all helps!) and scare the little boys!
