Rockin robin -- you amaze me Very inspirational -- did you ever think before you started losing weight how much of a help you would be for others!! It's all about you and making yourself better -- but you are definitely making a difference for others along the way.

I've kind of had a hard time getting/keeping myself going, but I'm back on track and looking forward to getting into this whole weigh in stuff next week!! I'm skipping this week because I know I've done horrible and think it would just depress me.

Hope everyone has a great week.

Robin..that is awesome... the weight is just flying off of you!
I lost that "just one lb" this week... but it's all good.. because now I made my one month goal early!! (one month on Feb 15 - I weigh again on that day too) yeah for me!!

Thank you Shelby, you are so sweet and kind. I found 3FC about a week into my journey and was addicted from the get go. But, no I never in a million years would have thought that I could be inspirational to anyone. I am so pleased beyond belief to think that I am. Still a new concept for me. It is EXTREMELY gratifying. I am very fortunate that something just finally "clicked" for me. You don't know how I wish I could explain it better and pass it along. I'm sure you haven't done horrible this week. Come on, give yourself a break. Like you said today is a new week. With new opportunites for improvement. A whole 7 days to make changes. Take it a day at a time. Heck take it a meal at a time. Make the decision to make better food choices at each and every meal and snack. You stack up a few good meals in a row and you are off to a better day, then a better week, then a better month and a better, healthier and happier SHELBY.

Charbar we posted at the same time. I haven't had a 3 lb week in awhile. It feels nice.

Anyway, don't ever knock a weightloss, one pound is AWESOME. AND you met your goal early. That's terrific!!!! Way to go.

Good job, Robin and Charbar! Hang in there, Shelby. We all hit those rough spots and I'm sure you'll make it through.

I've lost 2.2 lbs this week. I just realized, I now have less than 100lbs to lose!

I stayed the same. I would have had a better weigh-in, but Sunday I hit a speed bump. But it's back to business today!

Grats everyone! WTG!

I bought a new scale this week and had to adjust by adding 2 pounds. After adjusting, I lost 1.5 pounds this week.

I know I don't post a lot on here, but THANK YOU to everyone who asks the questions I want answers to. I read most posts that get posted. I am kinda a shy poster

Still at 225, neither a loss, nor a gain. I've lost 3 pounds since January 1st. This is the worst stall I've ever had, BUT, I'm not gaining, so we're practicing maintance. I just wish my body would catch up with my mind! Mentally, I'm in Onederland, well, according to my spreadsheet I should be. All good things come to those who watch what they eat and excersize, right?

Default I'm down 4 lbs this week!!!!

Wow...this is a very unusual happening for me, but I really think it is because TOM was approaching last week, so I am just showing the difference this week.

Rhonda, we are at the very same point, and I too now have less than 100 lbs to lose! (shedding a few happy tears here)

Great job all you "losers!" Keep it up no matter what the number is on the scale! It all adds up!

If you gained or stayed the same, don't despair....it is just a small setback and you will probably be back on track in no time!

Everyone ..... keep on keeping on!! Our efforts are paying off!
