Hello from Michigan
Hello Everyone!
My name is Jennifer, and I am 26 years old. I am a mother of 2, and have been married for 5 years. I have struggled with my weight ever since having my children. I have tried many different diets, and they all didn't have the best results. Two years ago, I finally had enough and was at my all time highest since having my youngest in 2001. I weighed in at 210 lbs and was nto happy with my body. I started to count my calories and exercise daily. I lost 55 pounds in just over a year, and kept it off until the end of 2006. When I gained back 20 lbs. I once again started to lose weight, this time I started on January 1st, 2007, and decided I needed to make a lifestyle change not only for myself but for my husband and 2 young children as well. We are are kids biggest role models, and if they see me eating all these unhealthy foods then will I be expecting from them in return.
I am counting my calories and exercising atleast 5 days a week. I started out at 180.5 and today I weigh 171. I am here for support and maybe I can help others along my weight loss journey too!
