Question The No Time To Lose Diet - opinions?
Hi

I read the review about this book on the 3FC site, and it sounds really promising considering I live a stupidly busy life. I took the plunge and bought it on Amazon (first time I've used the CC on the net )

I'm really hoping to hear some good reviews...can anyone help?
