Good Morning!!! Well I lost 0.5lbs this week--I am trying harder and drinking water.
Lori--Hope DH finds out some good news..The echo will tell him something soon. My stepdaughter had heart irregularities at 5 and after a procedure is doing great...
Ga--I wanted to be a vet sooo bad...I am taking my daughter to the Vet School Open House today...She just loves to visit. They even have a Cancer Treatment Center at this vet school and ICU--it is sad to see the really sick animals.

Hi ladies, I think I am doing ok this weekend even with two birthdayparties. I try to avoid fat and high calories but I do eat a piece of cake. We went to a restaurant yesterday (it was my birthday) and I had rice instead of french fries and I really was proud of myself! I think thatīs what is important: to change bad habits but still eat good stuff.

I just wanted to thank everyone who gave me supportive words over the ordeal i went through Everything is going good and jessica is growing like a wild weed i have to post a pic maybe monday i'll do a before and now LOL she's hating it right now the heartburn costipation (sp?) and the thought of going through labor LOL i listen to hear and just laugh inside What did she think this would be a cake walk LOL ahhhhh the payback for raising her the small ****'s she's givin me J/k i love this girl to death but im dying of laughter inside

This has been a good week. I am down 8 pounds since the first of the year when I had to start over. I went shopping for clothes today and got to buy a smaller size Dh is out of town so that means we won't have a bunch of people over for the superbowl this year with all the junk food.
I hope this is where I can join in~
I'm new and in my 30's so I'm hoping this is a place that I can fit in~
I have been pretty sick most of the weekend. Actually it started on Wednesday~they thought I had the flu but thank goodness I didn't. Have been taking the medication for it along with a Z-pak. Still not feeling great~have stuffy ears and a sore throat.
I have been off since Thursday afternoon so I hope that I can go to the office tomorrow.
I work for a mojor health insurance company and going to work isn't the smart in my opinion. I will be taking my can of Lysol for sure!
